Hot Tub Serum Total Cleanse is a biofilm purge gel that deep-cleans the one part of your spa you can never see or scrub: the inside of the plumbing and jets. It's the "remove it" step of the Hot Tub Serum system — run it before a drain-and-refill and it flushes years of bacterial sludge out of the pipes in about 25 minutes.
Biofilm is a slimy layer of bacteria that builds up deep inside spa plumbing, and it causes real problems: foul odors, foaming, cloudy water, and a pH you can't seem to balance no matter how much chemical you add. Because it lives inside the pipes, ordinary water treatment never touches it — it just keeps re-contaminating every fresh fill and quietly eating through your sanitizer. Draining and refilling without purging first simply pours clean water into dirty plumbing.
