Shipping policy
Shipping Area
Leisure Time Inc. ships only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to U.S. territories, military addresses, freight forwarders, or any address outside our eligible shipping area.
Orders placed with an ineligible shipping address may be canceled and refunded.
Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after the Thursday order cutoff may not begin processing until the following Monday.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Transit time begins once the carrier has picked up the shipment.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, hazardous-material restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated or expected timeframe, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate or cancellation option when required.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, excluding store pickup orders, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you have a customer account, tracking information may also be available in your account dashboard.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment has been picked up.
Store Pickup Orders
Orders selected for store pickup will not receive shipping tracking.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to pick up your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Professional Buyers
We do not accept orders from dealers, resellers, distributors, or other professional buyers.
Leisure Time Inc. is a consumer-focused retailer. Orders identified as being placed by a business entity, dealer, reseller, or distributor may be canceled and refunded.
Free Shipping
We may occasionally offer free ground shipping promotions.
Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders shipping within our approved contiguous 48-state shipping area.
Free shipping does not apply to items in the flat rate shipping category, oversized items, freight items, expedited shipping, or any item otherwise excluded from the promotion.
Flat Rate Shipping
Some heavier products are subject to flat rate shipping based on item weight or product category.
Flat rate shipping items do not qualify for free shipping.
We reserve the right to adjust flat rate shipping costs at any time.

Order Size and Shipping Method Limits
Ground Shipping
• Orders cannot exceed 125 lbs. at checkout.
Air Shipping
• Orders must not exceed 30 lbs.
• Ground shipping will be the only available option for orders above this limit.
• Hazardous materials cannot be shipped or expedited by air.
Liquid-Based and Hazardous-Material Products
Items containing liquids, including products such as Leisure Time Defender, must be shipped by ground shipping.
If your order contains any liquid-based product, the entire shipment may default to ground shipping.
This also applies to hazardous-material items.
Hazardous-material products may be subject to carrier restrictions and may not be eligible for expedited shipping, air shipping, or certain delivery services.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different locations.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the order, product type, weight, destination, and available carrier services.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an address change is requested after your order has shipped, the carrier may charge a fee to redirect, return, or correct the shipment.
Customers are responsible for any carrier fees, return shipping charges, reshipment costs, or address correction costs caused by an incorrect or changed shipping address.
A customer service representative will inform you of known costs before proceeding with an address change request when possible.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned as undeliverable, or returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, carrier charges, and reshipment costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Leisure Time Inc.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@leisuretimeinc.com.
Please include your order number, tracking number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed. The carrier may require photos or inspection before a claim can be processed.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check the delivery area, surrounding entrances, household members, neighbors, and carrier tracking details before contacting us.
Shipping Errors
If we ship the wrong item or make an error with your shipment, please contact us promptly at hello@leisuretimeinc.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate correction.

Policy Limits
Leisure Time Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to an eligible address, cannot be fulfilled due to carrier restrictions, or appear to violate this Shipping Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
