Start a Return
Click the button below to begin the process of requesting a return. Before beginning your request, we ask that you take the time to review what restrictions may apply to your return by visiting the refund policy. If you have questions that cannot be answered by the refund policy, please contact support.
Track Your Order
Click the button below to begin tracking your order. Please have your order number beginning with LTI- ready. This can be found in the confirmation email/sms message sent to you at time of purchase. If you did not receive a confirmation email/sms message, more than likely you failed to enter an email or phone number at checkout. In this case, you will need to contact support to get your order number.
Manage Patio Perks
Patio Perk points are automatically applied to your account when you make an eligible purchase. They are also removed from your account when you receive a refund for a purchase in our online store. You can begin checking your Patio Perk balance below as well as view what rewards/discounts you have available to you. If you have any questions please reach out to support.
