Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell ā primarily spa and pool chemicals ā are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version:Ā We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently ā call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.

Features
- Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe rated to 475ĖF which includes 6 ft. stainless steel shielding. This probe may be used in combination with the Flame BossĀ® Temperature Probe Y-cable on Flame BossĀ® model 300 controllers to be added as additional probes. Use the following configuration for using 1 or 2 Y-cables to add 2 or 3 meat probes to 300 controllers:
- 2 Meat Probes: Plug 1 Y-cable into the pit jack on the Flame BossĀ® 300 controller. Plug the pit probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1. Plug 1 Meat probe into the red lead labeled M2/M3, plug the 2ndĀ meat probe into the meat jack.
- 3 Meat Probes: Plug 1 Y-cable into the pit jack on the Flame BossĀ® 300 controller. Plug the pit probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1. Plug 1stĀ meat probe into the red lead labeled M2/M3. Plug 2ndĀ Y-cable into the meat jack. Plug the 2ndĀ meat probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1 and the 3rd meat probe in the red lead labeled M2/M3.Ā
