Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.

Fix A Leak Leak Sealer is a highly concentrated, blended material that is specifically designed to seal leaks in a wide variety of materials, including plumbing systems. With its powerful sealing properties, it can effectively address leaks of up to 1/8" in diameter.
The product is easy to use and requires only 8 oz. per spa for minor leaks of up to 500 gallons. For larger leaks, an additional bottle can be added to increase the sealing strength.

What’s in the Box
- 1 x Fix A Leak Leak Sealer - 8 oz.
Directions
- Remove all cartridge filters before adding FIX-A-LEAK to the water.
- With pump running, add FIX-A-LEAK slowly through skimmer or in front of any other suction intake.
- FIX-A-LEAK must be re-circulated continuously for at least 4-6 hours per day, possibly up to 2 days until you have determined the leak has stopped.
- The product is very heavy and will settle to the lowest point rather quickly. It must be stirred back into suspension every 2-3 hours during circulation of the water.
- After the leak has stopped and given proper cure time (24-48 hours) you may return to normal filtration.
NOTE: When reinstalling your cartridge filter(s) ru spa in it's normal cycle for a period of 6-8 hours to collect any residue. Now remove filter(s) and rinse immediately under warm water before re-installing. You may have to rinse a second time.
