Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.

Overview
BioGuard Stow-Away cleans and deodorizes pool covers to prepare them for storage. Even when pool covers are stored wet, this product cleans, deodorizes, and prevents the cover from sticking together when it is folded. Stow-Away aids in stain and soil removal and extends the life of most covers. It is a versatile product that may be used on solar covers, pool umbrellas, and other pool-side items. Features
- Eliminates odors on swimming pool covers.
- Prevents covers from sticking together when stored.
- Extends the life of most pool covers.

Directions
- While cover is still on pool, remove all debris and water from cover.
- Remove cover from pool and spread on lawn, pool deck, or driveway.
- Squirt this product over the entire cover and brush clean (A nylon bristle pool brush and telescopic pole are excellent for this purpose).
- Rinse off loosened soils with water.
- Fold pool cover, squirting this product full strength between each fold.
- Store folded cover in a safe place.
