We update this page when they do, but the most accurate way to confirm whether a discount applies to a specific item is to add the item to your cart and try the code at checkout. Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.

Sensify! is a pool water enhancement product that can be used all summer long, or as needed to elevate the vibe for pool parties or backyard gatherings. Infused with essential oil (orange oil), Sensify! provides a tropical scent in which pineapple and citrus merge with tropical florals along with hints of coconut and mango bringing out the Beach Bliss, long-lasting scent.Â

Directions
Before applying Sensify!:Â
Perform a complete water analysis and adjust water balance and sanitizer levels as needed. Add all recommended balancing products per label instructions. Make sure all pool equipment is working properly, including pump, filter, skimmer, and heater. If needed, backwash and/or clean filter according to the manufacturer's directions.Â
- With pump running, add 8 fl oz per 20,000 gallons of pool water. Pour directly into water around the edges of the pool and in front of returns.Â
- Allow water to circulate for 15 minutes prior to swimming.
