Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.
Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes
Overview
Proof your dough like a pro with the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes. Each set includes two stackable boxes, specifically designed for proofing pizza dough, and two lids. Each box fits up to six 250g dough balls (perfect for 12” pizzas) and comes with lids that keep the dough balls from drying out while they proof.
We designed every aspect of the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes with pizza makers in mind. We made the boxes white to minimize heat absorption and avoid over-proofing your dough. We gave them smooth, tapered internal walls so your dough balls are easy to remove. We molded in easy-grip handles for transport. We used durable, food-grade plastic for easy cleaning. And for all of us with limited cabinet space, the dough boxes nest inside each other for storage.
As a final convenience, we made the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes compatible with the Ooni Pizza Prep Lid (bundled or sold separately), which sits perfectly atop the lidded boxes and provides valuable workspace to prep, stretch, top, and cut your pizzas.
