Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.
GLBÂ Natural Clear Clarifier
Overview
GLB Natural Clear is a natural, biodegradable water cleaner. This product is comprised of a new formula that is more concentrated and more effectively rids pools of organic waste that cause odors, scum lines, filter clogging and cloudy water. Natural Clear will remain stable even at high sanitizer levels. This product can also increase the filter life span by eliminating scum and oily buildup. It is compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone, and biguanide sanitizers.

Directions
Initial Start Up:
- Add 16 oz. per 10,000 gallons of pool water each day until scum lines are removed.
Maintenance:
- To prevent oils, lotions, and other organics from accumulating on walls or in the water, add 8 oz. per 10,000 gallons every other week or weekly during high usage.
