Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.

Overview
BioGuard Off the Wall removes most stubborn scale, metal stains, grease and common dirt. This product clings to vertical surfaces for easy cleaning and may be used on plastic, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic, and painted surfaces. Unlike many household cleaners, this product is compatible with swimming pool and spa water.

Features
- Removes tough grime and scale pool and spa walls.
- Non-abrasive.
Directions
Wear safety glasses and rubber gloves when using this product. Always test product in an inconspicuous area on the surface to be cleaned for compatibility first.
- Apply directly to the vertical surfaces above the waterline for easier cleaning. It can be applied with a damp cloth, sponge or brush and scrub at water level. Off The Wall clings to vertical surfaces for easier cleaning.
- Allow Off the Wall to work on deposits for a few minutes, then scrub with a wet cloth, sponge or soft vinyl brush.
- Rinse well after cleaning.
Off the wall may be used to clean entire surface of spa when unit is drained. Rinse surfaces thoroughly and re-drain spa before refilling with fresh water.
