Returns On Hazardous Materials
Some of the products we sell — primarily spa and pool chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These items can't be returned to us by mail, even though we'd like to make returns easy on every product. This page explains why the rule exists, what's covered, and what your options are if you have unopened chemicals you no longer need.
The short version: We can't accept hazmat returns by mail (federal regulations prohibit it), but we can accept them in person at our Idaho Falls, Boise, or Twin Falls showrooms. If a product arrived damaged or defective, that's handled differently — call us right away and we'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or refund.

This 303 plastic protectant is easy to apply and works on almost any common household surface. It features a contoured section on the neck that conforms to your grip for more comfortable use. This 303 Aerospace Protectant for Plastic Vinyl and Rubber helps prevent fading and cracking, repels dust, lint, and stains, and restores lost color to your surfaces. It can be used on furniture, chairs, counters, and more.

Directions
- Place a cloth under the item to be treated to catch any overspray.
- Out of direct sunlight, spray the surface with 303 Aerospace Protectant.
- Wipe completely dry.
- Use a wet towel to remove excess.
- Apply every 3–5 weeks for maximum protection.
Recommended For
- Vinyl, plastic, synthetic and natural rubber, PVC, metal, gel coat, fiberglass, stainless steel, and more. Do NOT use on clear plastics, flooring, or unfinished leather.
