Products purchased from our online shop within the last 30 days can be returned or exchanged. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Pumps / Motors
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Online orders can be verified by one of our staff members.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Special Orders: Any PRODUCT or PART that is not in stock and is needed to be ordered.
All special Orders must have a downpayment of at least 50% before a PRODUCT or PART will be ORDERED. This includes but is not limited to. Hot Tubs, Fireplaces, Stoves, Inserts, Heaters Swim Spas, Fire Pits, Parts, Pipe and other items needed to complete a Deal / Job.
Special order items that are purchased and can not be returned to the supplier can be restocked with a 25% restocking fee.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All Sales on Electronics are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept exchanges. If you received items that are defective or damaged, please mail back the item(s) to our Returns Department (see below), for a refund. Be sure to include your name, order number, and any other information that pertains to the damaged or defected item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
